1. Sanitize the needle and access port with 70% isopropyl alcohol.
2. Inject 2-4 ml into a sterilized grain jar or pasteurized substrate (straw, hardwood sawdust).
3. Store in the dark at 20-25 Β°C until fully colonized (7-14 days).
4. Move to a humid environment (85-95% RH) with fresh air exchange; fruits at 10-24 Β°C.
5. Harvest when caps are still flat, before they begin to curl upward.

π RECIPE β PAN-SEARED OYSTER MUSHROOMS WITH GARLIC & THYME

β’ 300 g Pleurotus ostreatus, torn into strips
β’ 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
β’ 1 tbsp butter
β’ 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
β’ 3-4 sprigs fresh thyme
β’ Sea salt and black pepper
β’ 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
1. Heat oil in a wide skillet over high heat until shimmering.
2. Lay mushrooms in a single layer and sear for 2 minutes without stirring.
3. Toss, season with salt, and cook 2-3 minutes until edges are golden.
4. Lower heat, add butter, garlic, and thyme; toss for 1 minute.
5. Add pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve immediately.
