1. Store the bag in a clean space at 18-24 Β°C until full colonization (substrate completely white)
2. Cut a 5-8 cm X-shaped opening on the front when mycelium has covered the entire surface
3. Mist with non-chlorinated water 2-3 times daily, maintaining 85-95% relative humidity
4. Harvest clusters at the base when caps begin to flatten (5-10 days after cutting)
5. After the first flush rest 7-10 days, then resume misting for a second harvest

White Pearl Oyster (Pleurotus ostreatus) is prized in the kitchen for its meaty texture and delicate, slightly nutty flavor. Perfect for sautΓ©ing, grilling, or adding to soups, risottos, and pasta dishes.
Ingredients:
β’ 300 g fresh oyster mushrooms
β’ 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
β’ 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
β’ Fresh parsley, chopped
β’ Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth (do not rinse under running water)
2. Tear clusters into uniform pieces
3. Heat oil in a wide skillet over medium-high heat
4. Add garlic and sautΓ© for 30 seconds without burning
5. Add mushrooms and cook 5-7 minutes, stirring often, until golden at the edges
6. Season with salt, pepper, and finish with freshly chopped parsley
