π RECIPE β GARLIC BUTTER CHAMPIGNONS

Ingredients:
β’ 300g fresh Champignons, sliced
β’ 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
β’ 2 garlic cloves, minced
β’ Fresh parsley, chopped
β’ Salt and black pepper
Method:
1. Heat oil in a wide pan, add garlic and sautΓ© 30 seconds
2. Add mushrooms and cook over high heat 5-6 minutes, stirring
3. Season with salt, pepper and parsley β serve on toast or as a side

1. Work in a clean space β disinfect hands and surfaces with 70% alcohol
2. Shake syringe gently to distribute mycelium evenly
3. Inoculate 1-3ml per jar of grain spawn or sterile substrate bag
4. Incubate at 21-24Β°C in darkness until fully colonised (10-14 days)
5. Store syringe in fridge (2-6Β°C) β lasts 6 months unopened
