WHAT YOU GET:

HOW TO USE:
Dissolve 15-18g MYA powder in 500ml distilled water, sterilize in autoclave at 121C for 15-20 min, cool to 55-60C, pour into plates using sterile applicators. Let solidify, seal with parafilm and store in refrigerator.

WHY BLACK PLATES:
Activated charcoal neutralizes inhibitory compounds in some culture media and makes it much easier to observe white mycelium compared to standard clear plates.
