1. Sanitize the inoculation point and tip with 70% isopropyl alcohol.
2. Inject 2-4ml into sterilized grain jar or substrate.
3. Incubate at 24-28 Β°C until fully colonized (7-12 days).
4. Transfer to fruiting chamber with 85-90% humidity and fresh air exchange; keep above 20 Β°C for optimal pinning.
